Exchange/Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any product you have received, contact us and return it within 30 days in new
condition for an exchange or refund. Apparel must have tags attached. Charges for postage and handling are nonrefundable.
Please contact our customer service dept. 1-888-954-2552 to receive a Return Authorization (RA#). Enclose a copy of the
packing slip with your return.
Shipping Information
We ship orders placed through this web site via FEDEX Ground/Home Delivery service, and they will generally arrive in 5-12
business days. Express shipping options are also available for an additional charge.
Orders must be placed by 12 p.m. EST to be shipped the same day. See below for UPS Ground charges.
Ground shipping charges to the 48 Contiguous United States are based upon the weight of the packages and is calculated after entering order information.
Shipping notes:
- Overweight items receive an additional charge of $6 per item
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico have an minimum surcharge of $15
- Orders to outside the United States have a minimum surcharge of $25
